In her book,”Hard Choices”, Hillary Clinton took major credit for negotiating theTrans Pacific Pact (TPP). In her own words:

Hillary Clinton came out againstthe Trans Pacific Partnership in an interview Wednesday, breaking withPresident Barack Obama and his administration, which has forcefully promotedthe deal.
In an interview Wednesday with PBS\’s Judy Woodruff in Iowa, Clinton said,”As of today, I am not in favor of what I have learned about it.”
Translation: “See, I was for TPP, but now that unions I counted on are holdingback their endorsements, I am reversing myself and am now against it, becauseof what I have learned about it, which is because I didn\’t learn enough aboutit during the time I negotiated it, which, don\’t forget, is an accomplishmentof mine, but please note that I am saying I oppose it in a way that opens thedoor for me to support it again, because if I learn more stuff about it in thefuture, maybe I\’ll reverse my reversal, so, unions should endorse me because Ihave reversed my support of TPP and oppose it now, and everyone else shouldendorse me, because I can reverse my reversal in the future and oppose itagain. Something for everyone!!” Vote Hillary 2016!!!”
