THE QUOTE OF THE DAY

Today,s quote comes to us from currency, and possibly not too much longer, ENC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
Ms Schultz, it seems, has an interesting take on the midterm election results – one that, I suspect, will be more then a little surprising to most Republicans, and most voters regardless of party.  Here it is:

“The voters agree with us… We know that where you could see by referendum the questions like increasing the minimum wage, like equal pay for equal work, like making sure that women\’s health care was not unnecessarily restricted, Democratic policies were supported by voters and Republican policies were rejected. We have evidence, by voter turnout and election results, that voters do agree with us on that.”

That so, Ms. Schultz?  Voters are completely on board with the Democrat agenda?  Very insightful.

No wonder Republicans won 9 new Senate seats to take over a majority, 14 new house seats on top of the majority they already had, 3 more governorships, and control of 69 of the 99 state legislatures.

With results like that, who could possibly argue that Republicans were not rejected at the polls?

I award Debbie Wasserman Schultz Quote Of The Day honors, for showing us, once again, the brilliance that has taken a party. It is today.

Wa To Go Debbie. Now, can you please hook up with ISIS?
