Today\’s quote comes to us from New Jersey Governor and Presidential hopeful Chris Christie.
Here is what Mr. Christie said, yesterday, about the possibility that the #blacklivesmatter crowd might ask (or, in the case of Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton, coerce) a “meeting” out of him:
“I want the BlackLives Matter people to understand: don\’t call me for a meeting. You\’re not getting one.“I think alllives matter. When I\’m president of the UnitedStates, [law enforcement will] finally have a president who will have theirback, and have it every day.”

I award Chris Christie Quote Of The Day honors for making a point of standing up to #blacklivesmatter instead of kneeling before them — and, by so doing, showing Mr. Sanders and Ms. Clinton that it is not necessary to kiss the butts of racist haters – which describes the #blacklivesmatter crowd to a “T”.
Not for nothing do we Garden Staters use the term “Jersey Strong”.
