Today’s quote comes to us from President Trump’s Deputy Chief Of Staff, Stephen Miller.
Here, from last night’s segment on Sean Hannity’s Fox News show, is Mr. Miller’s explanation of how Democrats have treated the Trump war on drugs and terrorism, why a Venezuelan tanker has been taken over by our military and what the benefit of this action is for our country:
“Since President Trump has come into office, Democrats have sided with, every step of the way, the criminal cartels, the narco-terrorists, and the criminal illegal aliens who deal drugs, narcotics, traffic weapons, children, and engage in all kinds of crimes against humanity in the United States and throughout the Western Hemisphere.
“President Trump has directed the Department of War, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice to prioritize the defense of American lives and borders by taking the fight directly to these criminal cartels and these terrorist organizations.
“You mentioned today the historic action, an interagency action, involving the United States Coast Guard, involving the Department of Justice, involving the Department of War, to seize an illicit oil tanker that is directly involved in funding and financing terrorism.
“So, again, these illicit, ill-gotten financial proceeds, from these sanctioned transactions are used to finance murder, mayhem, drug trafficking and terrorism across the western hemisphere and directly in the United States.
“So these regimes use these ghost fleets, these dark fleets, to evade sanctions, and to fund, and finance and export terrorism, violence and death. And President Trump has said ‘We will defend and protect American lives’, and that’s what’s happening.”
I award Stephen Miller Quote Of The Day honors for clearly, completely explaining why these actions are taking place and why they are necessary for our country…along with pointing out that, since Trump is the one doing it, Democrats (with very few exceptions) are therefore against it.
Is this really today’s Democrat Party? Evidently, the answer is yes.
