Today’s quote comes to us from J. B. Pritzker, the Governor of Illinois.
This, so help me, is his rationale for signing legislation that hands out state-funded student aid to illegal immigrants (yes, you read that correctly: taxpayer funds handed out to illegals…which means you know they are here illegally, and instead of removing them you reward them):
“I have seen first-hand how states have had to shoulder the consequences of a broken immigration system. I’m proud of how we have responded by promoting public safety, treating people with dignity, supporting our economy and respecting the rule of law.”
This, to Pritzker – who, we are being told, has eyes on the 2028 Democrat presidential nomination – is “respecting the rule of law”??????? Handing out legal residents’ money to illegals???????
I award J. B. Pritzker Quote Of The Day honors for telling us exactly what he he thinks the rule of law is.
