Today’s quote comes to us from rashida tlaib, the just-censured (predominantly by Republicans, not Democrats) hamas-tolerant, Israel-hating, Jew-hating sack of manure from Michigan.
After exultantly repeating, and strongly supporting, the chants of her likeminded pals that “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free”, she – incredibly – made this claim last Friday on twitter:
“From the river to the sea is an aspirational call for freedom, human rights, and peaceful coexistence, not death, destruction, or hate. My work and advocacy is always centered in justice and dignity for all people no matter faith or ethnicity.”
Got that? You are supposed to believe that this chant – which specifically means Palestinian Arabs (like the hamas and hezbollah crowd, both of which intend death to all Jews) should take control of a land area which includes the entirety of Israel, every square inch of it – is nothing more than a plaintive cry for peaceful coexistence.
Unless you are either lobotomized or have an IQ in single digits, you know better than this. But there she is, saying it to your face, and hoping you will believe it…and also hoping, no doubt, that what passes for our mainstream media will either suppress the idiocy of this claim or find a way to rationalize that it has some level of validity.
I award rashida tlaib Quote Of The Day honors for essentially telling us in so many words how she assesses the intelligence level of the average U.S. citizen….and I congratulate her because, based on what we are seeing in the streets – and especially on college/university campuses – she has a good reason for that assessment.
