Today’s quote comes to us from White House spokesperson Ian Sams.
Here is his (actually the White House) reaction to Republican Speaker Of The House Kevin McCarthy initiating an impeachment inquiry regarding alleged bribes taken by Joe Biden and his family members – most notably his son, hunter:
“House Republicans have been investigating the President for 9 months, and they’ve turned up no evidence of wrongdoing. His own Republican members have said so.”
Wow. That’s right up there with Democrats’ claims that Biden created 13.5 new jobs, lowered inflation, lowered gas prices and has provided us a secure southern border so help me, every one of those claims was made).
I’ve read a number of excellent responses to Mr. Sams’ comment, but one of my favorites comes, via X (formerly Twitter) from former New York City detective/now political commentator, Dan Bongino ,
I award Ian Sams Quote Of The Day “honors” for providing another example of the consistency displayed by the Biden administration (as well as its key supporters – both in politics and mainstream media); their ability to look you in the eye and lie to you without a care in the world or an iota of conscience.
