Today\’s Quote Of The Day comes to us from Peter Kirsanow, a member of the United States Commission On Civil Rights.
Here is what Mr. Kirsanow has to say about President Obama\’s promise (or threat, depending on how you see things) to bypass congress (thus the constitution of the United States) and unilaterally grant amnesty to millions of illegal aliens from Mexico:
“Suchan increase in lawful workers would have a deleterious effect onlow-skilled American workers, particularly black workers. Illegal immigration has a disparate impact onAfrican-American men because these men are disproportionatelyrepresented in the low-skilled labor force.”
In saying this, Mr. Kirsanow acknowledges that he is speaking for himself, not the entire commission.
Too bad he isn\’t speaking for the entire commission as well, though, because those words ring 100% true – which is why he is awarded Quote Of The Day honors for them.
Why is Mr. Obama – and most Democrats, including Black Democrat “leaders” – supporting this action?
Because Mexican illegals are being counted on to vote vastly Democrat. When they are given voting rights (which, no doubt, will quickly follow), that will keep these people in office, and make sure other Democrats like them win office as well.
Does anyone seriously believe this is being done for altruistic reasons? Does anyone seriously believe Democrats would support mass amnesty if they thought Mexican illegals were anything but a treasure trove of Democrat votes?
Nope. What\’s happening here is that Black “leaders” and their Democrat masters are selling Black citizens down the river. Again.
The premise is “We get all those new Mexican votes. And screwing over Black people won\’t matter, because we own them. Lock, stock and barrel. Besides, if lots of illegal aliens get jobs that Black workers would have gotten, that will make the Black population even more dependent….and get them to rely on Democrat-supported social programs even more. We can\’t lose!!”.
The saddest part? For all too many Black people, they have a point.
Thank you Peter Kirsanow for stating the plain truth. Quote Of The Day honors are yours.
And shame on Democrats – especially Black Democrats – who are more than happy to put the wood to Black citizens for their own purposes.
