Today’s quote comes to us from Speaker Of the House Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).
Regarding Donald Trump’s chances of winning a second term as President, Ms. Pelosi actually said this:
“I can’t even envision a situation in which he’d be reelected…”
I swear, she really said that. Click here, read Tal Axelrod’s article at thehill.com, and see for yourself.
Uh…you can’t envision Trump, an incumbent President at a time when the economy is roaring into overdrive and unemployment is at its lowest in 50 years, beating, say, Bernie Sanders the socialist? Or Elizabeth Warren, who lies about everything and whose personality is slightly less engaging than the town scold? Or Pete Buttigieg, whose entire political résumé is a mediocre mayor of a small Indiana City, who had major problems with its Black population? Or Mike “Stop & Frisk” Bloomberg?
I award Nancy Pelosi Quote Of The Day “Honors” for demonstrating that she is a terrible liar or so deep into delusion that she would need a five year supply of smelling salts to get back to reality.
