He was the Mayor of San Francisco, during which the city went from being a great world class destination to a dump, loaded with vacated shopping centers and streets glistening with drug needles and human feces.
He is the Governor of California, during which the state has gone from a vibrant destination to a dump, with high poverty, horrible schools, increasing crime and a population that, for the first time in its history, is decreasing instead of increasing.
