Administrators andprofessors have funneled seven times more cash to federal Democratic candidatesand causes than to Republicans since 1990, according to a Daily Caller NewsFoundation analysis of OpenSecrets.org data.
Employees at the eightprestigious schools donated $25.3 million to Democrats over the last 25 yearscompared with $3.5 million to Republicans, reinforcing the notion thatAmerica’s universities lean heavily left.
The truth? At 12%, I\’m surprised at how high the Republican percentage is. I would have expected it to be less.
