hamas, which remains a terrorist organization with a charter specifically calling for Israel\’s destruction and death to all Jews, has agreed to a cease-fire.
To me, this means it is too depleted of missiles and launchers to continue, and/or that Israel has hit enough of the senior “leadership” for the rest of them to be worried that they\’re next.
Hostilities to resume as soon as hamas has enough firepower to attack again, and its brave leaders have new hiding places.
Put another way: the situation is not resolved, it is in suspended animation.
Tell me when hamas renounces its charter and I\’ll at least consider believing a cease-fire means anything.
