Barack Obama is doing it again. He is ignoring the laws of this country and – with cover from his Accomplice Media – making it up as he goes along. Just like hugo chavez did in Venezuela.
On April 10th, a bill that was introduced by Senator Ted Cruz, barring Iran\’s newly named Ambassador to the United Nations, Hamid Abutalebi, from entering the USA, because of his involvement in the 1979 takeover of our embassy in Tehran and holding of 52 hostages for over a year\’s time, was voted on by the United States Senate.
The bill was passed unanimously by the Senate, and signed into law by President Obama. Mr. Obama then announced that he would not enforce the bill he had signed into law.

His “reason”, if you want to call it that, is as follows:
“Actsof espionage and terrorism against the United States and our alliesare unquestionably problems of the utmost gravity, and I share theCongress\’s concern that individuals who have engaged in such activitymay use the cover of diplomacy to gain access to our Nation. Nevertheless,as President [GeorgeH.W.] Bush also observed, \’curtailing by statute myconstitutional discretion to receive or reject ambassadors is neithera permissible nor a practical solution.\’ I shall thereforecontinue to treat section 407, as originally enacted and as amendedby S. 2195, as advisory in circumstances in which it would interferewith the exercise of this discretion.”
Here\’s a thought, Mr. President. If you don\’t think a law should be on the books, then VETO it. And if a 2/3 majority of the Senate overrides your veto, ABIDE by it. That is called following the law of the land.
You may not think of the United States as a democracy, Mr. President, but it still is – despite your intense efforts to turn it into something else.
And invoking President Bush is a dishonest, repulsive dodge. Mr. Bush never signed a bill into law and then announced his signature meant nothing. How about, just this once, taking responsibility for your own actions?
I realize that a bill denying entry to an Iranian with a terrorist background is not nearly as significant as Israel building residential housing in east Jerusalem. But can\’t we agree that if you sign something you should honor your own signature?
And to Mr. Obama\’s Accomplice Media: WHERE ARE YOU? The President of the United States is intentionally ignoring the law, and, with few exceptions, you have nothing to say about it? This isn\’t something the public should be aware of? You are beyond pathetic. You are not journalists, you are paid propagandists.
Three more years of this. God help us.
