I just watched the best TV ad of the presidential campaign.
It consisted of four three high-level Trump associates, each making it clear they do not want Trump re-elected President:
-his former Vice President Mike Pence,
-his former Defense Secretary Mark Esper,
-his National Security Advisor John Bolton,
-the former Chairperson of the Joint Chiefs Of Staff, General Mark Milley.
The ad ends with a voiceover saying “Take it from the people who knew him best. Donald Trump is too big a risk for America”.

Is the ad fair? Yes it is. Every one of these four said what the ad claims they did.
Is it effective? That remains to be seen. But I would think it almost has to be.
Is it the best campaign ad I’ve seen from either candidate?
So far, yes. And by plenty.
