In this year’s U.S. Senate race for Pennsylvania, Republican challenger Dave McCormick unseated three-term incumbent Democrat Bob Casey by over 25,000 votes.
Instead of conceding, however, Casey has demanded a recount.
And now we can see why.
Democrat commissioners in Bucks County have decided that, in direct violation of September’s Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling, they are going to count undated and improperly dated ballots…presumably in the hope – expectation? – that the invalid ballots in this county will add to Casey’s total.

Democrat Commissioners Diane Marseglia and Bob Harvie voted today to count illegal ballots, against PA Supreme Court ruling, in an attempt to aid former Senator Bob Casey.

If we had anything remotely approaching an evenhanded mainstream media, this blatant, in-your-face illegal attempt to overturn an election would be front page news throughout the country. But try and find it.
I hope that marseglia – who has been a commissioner for 17 years and, based on this disgrace, probably has pulled stunts like this in previous elections as well, is not only prevented from her openly fraudulent attempt to change election results, I hope she is charged and tried for it as well…as she damn well should be.
If Bob Casey had even a smidgen of integrity he would be demanding exactly the same thing. Is he?
