A Malaysian passenger airline was shot down over the Ukraine, almost definitely by a Russian SAM (Surface to air missile) shot by the terrorist Ukraine separatists Russia is in bed with – or, conceivably by Russians from within Russian territory. Initial reports indicate that 23 U.S. citizens were on this plane.
Israel, our closest ally in the Middle East (at least until the current administration took office) has started a ground offensive inside Gazan territory.
So where is President Obama? Heading to the White House? To confer with our security and military people? Sequestered in a room monitoring these world-impacting events?
No, he is attending two fundraisers … where he will crack a few jokes, insult a few Republicans and collect a lot of $$$.
That is who we elected and those are his priorities.
