PENNSYLVANIA “WOMEN’S MONTH”? NOT IF WE HAVE TO DEFINE WHAT A WOMAN IS

You can’t make this up.

On Tuesday, Pennsylvania’s House was going to designate March as “National Women’s Month”.   But this has been shelved, maybe dumped altogether.

Why?

Because Republican Rep. Aaron Bernstine proposed an amendment to add a definition of who/what a woman is.

Could this be more nuts?  If so, tell me how.
