We are going to Lakewood, New Jersey tonight to see the Lakewood Blue Claws (Philadelphia’s Single A minor league team) play the Columbia (South Carolina) Fireflies, the Mets’ Single A team.
One of the reasons we picked tonight is that Tim Tebow plays for Columbia. And, yes, he’s enough of a curiosity to take a look.
But that is not why I am writing this blog.
I’m writing to note that I just checked the weather in Lakewood for today/tonight. And according to weather.com:
-the high for today will be 79 degrees,
-the current temperature is 80.
Today’s high is, 79, and the current temperature is 80?
Do these people actually read what they put out over the internet?
