I watched The Today Show this morning, wondering whether it would report that, yesterday, FBI Director James Comey put the lie to Hillary Clinton’s claim that its work on the email scandal is not an investigation, but a “security review” or “security inquiry” (she uses both terms).
His exact words about the fact that it is an investigation:
“It’s in our name. I’m not familiar with the term ‘security inquiry’”
In other words, he told us Hillary Clinton is lying to our faces. Again.
And how did The Today Show report this?
It didn’t. Not one effing word about it.
So the millions of people who look to Today for their morning news have no idea that Director Comey called Hillary Clinton out as a stone cold liar.
Keep ’em ignorant and you own ’em.
