Evidently the Iran “deal” is such a stinker that even the Nobel Peace Prize committee – notorious for rewarding politically correct and “statement-making” losers (yasir arafat once one, so help me) does not have the stomach to award one to John Kerry, who, er, “negotiated” it (if capitulating on every major issue can be called negotiation).
Instead, it has been awarded to”the Tunisian National Dialogue Quartet (no, that is not a singing group) for its decisive contribution to the building of a pluralistic democracy in Tunisia in the wake of the Jasmine Revolution of 2011″.
My congratulations to the Tunisian National Dialogue Quartet. I\’m sure you are great people – and probably can carry a tune too. How can you not carry a tune in Tunisia. Just be careful never to get salmonella. I hear that\’s a capital crime in your country.
As for Secretary Of State Kerry? In the immortal words of the Hilda Chester-era Brooklyn Dodgers, “wait \’til next year”. Maybe you can “negotiate” a deal with hamas, that gives them Tel Aviv. In Nobel Peace Prize land, that should make you a winner for sure.
