MEDIA BIAS? NAAAAHHHH

Last night, CBS had a terrific scoop – one which neither NBC nor ABC could produce.

Its new poll came out – showing that, less than a month before the midterm elections, Democrats are in disastrous shape, and – if the poll bears out on election day – will get their clocks cleaned in epic fashion.

A few highlights:

-On the generic ballot question, Republicans, who usually count themselves in good shape if they\’re behind a couple of points, lead Democrats by 6%:  49% to 43%.

-Among independents, who are most likely to swing an election one way or the other, Republicans have an astonishing 30% lead (57% to 27%);

-Republicans hold significant leads in which party will do better on just about  every important issue, such as the economy, terrorism and foreign policy.  For terrorism, in particular (which can directly be tied to the open borders Democrats insist on) the Republican advantage is 21%.

-And for President Obama – who is on video telling the country this election is about his policies – the negatives have never been more pronounced.

Now that is a scoop.

So CBS anchor Scott Pelley must have lead with these data, right?   Wrong.

Well, ok, we have ebola and ISIS….but it must have been one of the major stories, right?  Wrong?

Huh?  Well he at least reported it didn\’t he?  Uh…..no.

Last night, with these data, from his own network\’s polling, Scott Pelley did not report the findings of CBS\’s own poll.  Not at all.  Not one word.

Media bias?

Naaaahhhh
