MAMDANI’S SUPPORT OF “GLOBALIZE THE INTIFADA”

“Globalize the intifada” is a term that is widely understood to mean kill Jews – not just in Israel but around the world.

On June 29th, while being interviewed on NBC’s “Meet The Press”, host Kristen Welker – to her credit – repeatedly asked Democrat New York City Mayoral candidate zohran mamdani why he would not condemn this term.  He declined to do so every time.

For the past two and a half weeks he has continued to duck condemning this term, using a variety of reasons (I don’t want to be the word police, some people don’t give it the same meaning, etc. etc.) – none of which come close to being credible.

As recently as yesterday, while meeting with a group of business executives, mamdani said  “he would discourage the use of the slogan ‘globalize the intifada’”.  In other words, he would not condemn it, just suggest that people who use the term/believe in what it communicates, be more discreet about it – at least until election day.

At what point do people, no matter how partisan they are, recognize that mamdani – knowing what this expression means to most people – has absolutely no intention of condemning it?  Of disavowing it in any way?

Simply stated, mamdanis supports this sentiment.  And, whether you think so or not, if you support mamdani, you support this sentiment as well.  Period.
