Baghdad Karine Jean-Pierre told a large number of lies during her “Joe is in great shape and he’s staying in the race” joke of a briefing this afternoon. But, to me, the single biggest, most amazing lie of them all is that part of the reason for his catastrophic performance in last Thursday’s debate was – I swear she actually said it – jet lag.
I’ll make this short and simple. The debate took place 12 days – 12 DAYS – after his last flight. And, on that flight, he had a bed he could (and probably did) sleep in.
I guess the “he had a cold” excuse (a cold which magically disappeared immediately after the debate) wasn’t working, so they had to come up with something.
But JET LAG????????????????????????????
Simply put, shameless, integrity-less Joe Biden, and his shameless, integrity-less Press Secretary, Baghdad Karine Jean-Pierre, are telling you in so many words that they think you are a blithering idiot. Because only a blithering idiot would believe their astoundingly absurd BS claim.
If you feel complimented, I expect you are perfectly ok with poor ol’ Jet Lag Joe.
On the other hand, if you do not feel complimented (please signify by acknowledging your IQ is above single digits) I expect you feel you intelligence is being grossly (and I do mean grossly) insulted.
