Remember that story of a kid who kills his parents, and then pleads for mercy because he\’s an orphan?
Well New York Mayor bill de blasio has updated that story.
After spending over 4 months making his sympathy for the Michael Brown/Eric Garner “protesters” clear, while making just as clear that he saw his city\’s police force as a threat to citizens, a deranged thugnamed ismaaiyl brinsley killed two NYPD officers in cold blood.
And now, he attacks the police force, because its members noticed, and reacted to it.
From an article published at foxnews.com:
MayorBill de Blasio, his administration threatened to be overwhelmed by arift with rank-and-file New York Police Department officers, onMonday condemned the thousands of cops who turned their backs to himduring a pair of funerals for slain police officers.
Inhis first public remarks on the officers\’ protests, de Blasio saidthe cops\’ searing rebuke was hurtful to the families of the twoofficers killed in an ambush last month and was an offense to thecity at large.
“Thoseindividuals who took certain actions the last two weeks, they weredisrespectful to the families involved. That\’s the bottom line,”de Blasio said at a news conference held at police headquarters. “Ican\’t understand why anyone would do such a thing in the context likethat.”
de blasio “can\’t understand why anyone would do such a thing in the context like that”?
Liar.
bill de blasio knows 100% why they would do such a thing. And it sure as hell isn\’t out of disrespect for Officers Ramos and Liu or their families. It is out of respect for them — and disrespect for a Mayor who, in their minds, contributed to the atmosphere which spawns the ismaaiyl brinsleys of the world.
But, since de blasio retains his attitude toward the police, and apparently is interested only in trying to convince New Yorkers that he is somehow a victim here, he gets in front of the mikes and cameras to spout a pile of ridiculous, dishonest, vile BS.
This is my third blog using the title “Inexcusable And Unfixable”. With yesterday\’s words, de blasio seems determined to make it an ongoing series.
