A lot has been written, both here and elsewhere, about the five terrorist murderers President Obama leapfrogged the constitution to hand back to radical Islam\’s terrorist network. But how many of us know the specifics: why the taliban wanted these five back so badly…which President Obama had no problem obliging them on.
CBS News was astute enough to provide profiles of the five — and I thought you might want to see what we traded for the lying deserter, bowe bergdahl. So here you are:
KhairullahKhairkhwa isthe most senior ex-Guantanamo prisoner who comes from “thefraternity of original Taleban who launched the movement in 1994,”according the AfghanistanAnalysts Network. He surrendered to President Hamid Karzai\’sbrother just before he was captured in January 2002. His mostprominent position was as governor of Herat Province from 1999 to2001. He served in various Taliban positions including interiorminister and had direct ties to Mullah Omar and Osama bin Laden.
MullahNorullah Noori servedas governor of Balkh Province in the Taliban regime and played somerole in coordinating the fight against the Northern Alliance. He wasa senior Taliban commander in the northern city of Mazar-e-Sharifwhen the Taliban fought U.S. forces in late 2001.
MohammadFazl commandedthe main force fighting the U.S.-backed Northern Alliance in 2001 andserved as chief of army staff under the Taliban regime. Human RightsWatch says he could be prosecuted for war crimes for presiding overthe mass killing of Shiite Muslims in Afghanistan in 2000 and 2001 asthe Taliban sought to consolidate their control over the country.Fazl joined the Taliban early, never held a civilian post, and rosethrough the ranks because of his fighting ability, ending up up asone of their most important and feared military commanders, accordingto the Afghanistan Analysts Network.
AbdulHaq Wasiq wasthe deputy chief of the Taliban regime\’s intelligence service andthe cousin of the head of the service, Qari Ahmadullah, who was amongthe Taliban\’s founding members, according to the AfghanistanAnalysts Network.
MohammedNabi wasa Taliban official in Khost Province. He served as chief of securityfor the Taliban in Qalat, Afghanistan, and later worked as a radiooperator for the Taliban\’s communications office in Kabul.
That is who Barack Obama and his people put back in circulation.
I don\’t even have the words….
