Hillary Clinton, on this morning\’s edition of “Meet The Press”,when asked about the FBI investigation into her handling of emails on a personal server for entire four years as Secretary of State:
“I\’m not concerned because I know what the facts are. I never sent our received any material marked classified.”
Interesting answer.
Anyone besides me remember that her original claim what that she didn\’t handle any classified material? Then, when that was blown away, it was that she didn\’t handle any material that was marked classified? Then, when that was blown away, it was her current claim that she didn\’t handle any material that was marked classified at the time?
Unless you are a hopeless Hillaryphile who has managed to push this back to the deep recesses of your memory bank, I\’m guessing the answer is yes.
Then there is this, from Reuters, which, unlike US media which were, and remain, in Hillary\’s hip pocket, did an actual analysis of the emails and concluded she was lying to our faces.
FInally, there is this – copied from a blog just five days ago – which I have written in several other blogs as well, but needs to be repeated here:
Hillary Clinton told us that there were no classified documents passing through her server while she was Secretary of State. That was a flat out lie. The argument about what was and wasn\’t stamped “classified” was a diversion. Why do I say this? Because the Secretary of State is the chief foreign officer of the United States of America. OF COURSE she gets classified documents. All the time. It is inherent to her job. Therefore, arguing over when someone stamped them as such is absolute, total utter BS.If you believe that the Secretary of State got no classified information, or that, before she looked at classified information, some wonk at the Department of State had to first read and stamp it, please signify by saying “I am either a an unconditional Hillary supporter, a complete moron, or both”.Hillary Clinton, with the blessing of the Department of State she ran, allowed a four year stream of classified information to go through her personal server. That means it could have easily been hacked by a moderately talented IT guy. Maybe even a high school kid.Do you doubt for a moment that the Chinese, the Russians, the Iranians, etc. were not capitalizing on this?
All the way back in 1998, the late, great William Safire pegged Hillary Clinton as “a congenital liar”.
He didn\’t know the half of it.
