You can\’t say Hillary Clinton doesn\’t have a sense of humor.
I can prove she does – via an audio tape unearthed by Alana Goodman at Washington Free Beacon. It contains an interview she gave roughly 30 years ago, during which she laughed her way through a description of a trial success she had as the court-appointed lawyer defending a client in need of legal services.
Why would I have a problem with this? Well, because the trial success she found so amusing was getting a child rapist off the hook – a “man” who raped a 12 year old girl.

Sickened? Good, you should be.
Now a point of order: when George Bush ran for president, media went into a years\’-long frenzy over the possibility – no certain evidence, just a likelihood – that, while in the National Guard 30 years before, he may have missed a number of meetings. So you would think that this 30 year old tape of Hillary Clinton laughing at how she got a child rapist off – no maybe about it at all – is a tad more significant, right?
Well let\’s wait and see whether the same media which went after George Bush hammer and tongs over those National Guard Meetings does anything but bury the existence of this tape…except to dismiss it as old news that happened a long time ago.
Personally, I would bet that is exactly what they will do.
If I\’m wrong, I will be happy – make that enthusiastically happy – to say so.
But if, as I fully expect, I am not wrong, you can move this right to the top of why I so often use the term “Accomplice Media.”
I wonder if Ms. Clinton would have been as amused if the victim, God forbid, were her daughter Chelsea.
