DID YOU NEED ID TO GET INTO THE GRAMMYS AWARDS?

That blog title:  it’s a pretty simple, basic question, isn’t it?  One you’d expect a quick, complete response for if you conducted a Google search.

Well……no.

I put that exact question up on Google.  I  looked at not just the first page, but the first several pages.  And  there was no answer.

I got plenty of information about how to get tickets, the “rules and guidelines” for submitting Grammy entries, and a bunch of other interesting material.  but – wonder of wonder, miracle of miracles – not a thing about the need for ID.

Only when I went to Yahoo (which had the same non-information as Google) and utilized its AI function, did I see this:

Yes, identification is required to enter the GRAMMY Awards. Attendees typically need to present a valid ID to verify their identity and confirm their invitation or ticket. This is part of the security measures in place to ensure a safe environment for all guests. Additionally, the specific requirements may vary depending on the type of ticket or invitation received, so it’s advisable to check the details provided prior to the event.

Hmmmm.

Isn’t this the same Grammy show filled with intellectual geniuses from the entertainment world telling us, one after the other, that illegal aliens who we don’t know a thing about – like why they are here, what their attitudes are about the United States, what foreign entities they might be aligned with, whether they commit to peaceful existence within our borders, whether they have criminal records,  etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. – should just be let in and allowed to stay?

They couldn’t get past the front door of the awards show where these attitudes were proudly being supported by entertainers, most of whom have ever-present security.  But it’s just fine to allow them into the country.

Gee, I wonder what those towers of tolerance and no-questions-asked acceptance have to say about this.  Why they have not demanded that the Grammys be 100% open to everyone who shows up.

Maybe I’m just a hopeless skeptic.  But the word HYPOCRITES just keeps jumping out at me.

How about you?
