The short-form version of this blog is: no. He did not.
We are being lied to by Democrats and their countless mainstream media acolytes. Again. Just as we were about Russian collusion. And the claim that Trump called nazis and White supremacists “very fine people”. And the claim that he told people to inject themselves with bleach. And the claim that he said he’d be a dictator from day one. And the claim that he called for a “bloodbath”. Etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. ad infinitum, ad nauseam.
Now the details: i.e. what Trump actually did say.
After pointing out that Liz Cheney supported the war in Iraq, Trump said this:
“She’s a radical war hawk. Let’s put her with a rifle standing there with nine barrels shooting at her, ok? Let’s see how she feels about it. You know, when the guns are trained at her face. You know, they’re all war hawks when they’re sitting in Washington in a nice building saying, oh, gee, we’ll, let’s send — let’s send 10,000 troops right into the mouth of the enemy.”
As anyone with even a mild level of reading comprehension can clearly see, Trump was not – repeat, NOT – saying that Liz Cheney should be executed. He was saying that she has no problem sending our military into life or death situations while she’s safely out of harm’s way, but she’d feel differently if she was the one in jeopardy.
Can someone show me where Trump says she should be shot? Executed. Can someone read me the part in that verbatim quote where he says that?
I’ll wait. And the wait will be from here to eternity, because he said no such thing.

Let me point out again, that Trump did NOT call for violence against Liz Cheney. His point – clear as day – was that she had no problem sending others off to risk death in war, but would feel differently if she were in the same situation she put them in.
So add this latest lie to the voluminous, and still growing, swamp of lies being told by Democrats about Trump – secure in the knowledge that most of what passes for our mainstream media will have no problem whatsoever repeating it, like the lapdog acolytes they are.
I’d call it a disgrace. But it doesn’t even rise to that bottom-dwelling level.
I can only hope the public sees through this….even though I know that at least some will not.
