BILL CLINTON\’S REMARKABLE ADMISSION

It is not often that Bill Clinton makes a political error.  But he made a gigantic one yesterday.

Lucky for him that, as always, mainstream media will look the other way on his, and his wife\’s, behalf.

As you no doubt are aware, several days ago Karl Rove speculated on just how bad Hillary Clinton\’s concussion really was, and whether it had implications for her possible presidential run.

His exact words:

“Thirtydays in the hospital?  Andwhen she reappears, she\’s wearing glasses that are only for peoplewho have traumatic brain injury? We need to know what\’s up withthat.”

Rove was wrong about the 30 days. She was in the hospital for three days (a couple of reports say four)…and then, we are told, spent 27 days convalescing. But, from what I have read, he seems to be right about those glasses being used for people with traumatic brain injury.

Rove, who subsequently corrected the hospital stay part of his comment, was immediately skewered by mainstream media.  Many of them went so far as to claim Rove said Clinton suffered brain damage – which is absolutely 100% untrue.

(It should be noted that these same mainstream media have yet to ask Hillary Clinton why she did not have the Benghazi facility (and every other one) on highest alert for 9/11; the one day of the year terrorists would most want to strike us.  Any doubt about where their sympathies lie?)

Predictably, one of the people attacking/condemning/ridiculing Karl Rove is Bill Clinton…who, if Hillary were to win the presidency, would be right back in the White House he clearly misses so much.

In an effort to ridicule Karl Rove\’s suggestion that we need to know Hillary Clinton\’s condition as it relates to her head trauma, this – incredibly – is what Clinton said:

“Theywent to all this trouble to say she had staged what was a terribleconcussion that required six months of very serious work to getover.  It\’s something she never low-balled with theAmerican people, never tried to pretend it didn\’t happen.”

Whoa, hold on a second.  Did Bill Clinton – not the hated Karl Rove but Hillary Clinton\’s transcendentally beloved husband whom media adore beyond words – tell us that the concussion was so significant that it required “six months of very serious work to get over”?

Yes he did.

Now pretend you are a member of the mainstream media.  You have a potential presidential nominee, in her late 60\’s (she would be 70 during her first year as President) who, just months ago, suffered head trauma which required a half year of very serious work to get over:

-Would you want to find out what was so serious about her head trauma that it required a half year to get over?

-Would you want to be assured that she really was over it?

-Would you want to know the exact nature of such a serious trauma…for instance, whether there is any chance that it might reoccur  – especially given that fact that Ms. Clinton is of an age when people don\’t bounce back from injuries as quickly as when they were younger?

Well, have you seen, or heard, or read, any mainstream media venue raising these issues?  Demanding an accounting of just how bad that head trauma really was?  Maybe even acknowledging that, the 30 day hospital mistake notwithstanding (which – again – was subsequently corrected), Karl Rove has a point about the public needing to know what\’s up with that?

I\’m betting the answer is no.  Am I right?

Anyone who wonders just how completely prostrate mainstream media are before the Grand and Glorious Clintons, need look no further than its studied indifference to Bill Clinton\’s remarkable admission.

They should be ashamed of themselves.  Every last one of them.  But – even sadder to say – I doubt any of them are.
