CBS News is reporting that bowe bergdahl, who Barack Obama, in his infinite wisdom and determination to strike a hard deal, traded even-up for 5 senior taliban terrorists, is going to be charged with desertion and “misbehavior before the enemy”.
It only took 10 months to decide that his desertion would be called desertion. And how fitting that this occurs shortly before the one-year anniversary of this “exchange” (which took place last May 31)…when the taliban big shots will be free to go right back to doing what they were doing before being captured.
How many dead people they will account for this time around is anyone\’s guess.
The lesson here, aside from the fact that Barack Obama has zero talent for making deals – even to get back a disgrace on legs like bergdahl – is that tomorrow really does come. One year later and the taliban has their senior people back.
Just like tomorrow will come with Iran if Obama and Kerry actually make a deal that gives the lunatics running that country nuclear weapons years in the future (as if there\’s any chance they\’ll wait that long).
Less than two more years to until this nightmare ends. I count the seconds.
