Yesterday, President Trump signed off on legislation that releases the eptstein files.
Does that mean Republicans in general, and Trump in particular, are in trouble?
Or – given the fact that Trump dumped epstein years before his legal issues, and almost 90% of epstein’s known political contributions went to Democrats, not Republicans – are a whole bunch of other people in trouble?
Democrats very publicly, very loudly, demanded the release of these files. Have they been suckered – HUGELY suckered – into dealing with a slew of files that make them, not Trump/Republicans, look bad? Files they cannot duck away from, since they were the ones demanding their release?
Does this come straight under the heading “Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it”?
It won’t be long before we find out.
