Remember ahmed mohamed – the 14 year old kid who took the cover off a Radio Shack Micronta clock, put it into a case so that it resembled a homemade bomb, and paraded it around his Irving, Texas high school until he scared a teacher into fearing it was a bomb? Remember that he was arrested, handcuffed, and let go an hour or two later when it was discovered that the bomb-like device was harmless?
Remember that mainstream media lionized him as a brilliant young inventor, Muslim groups celebrated his genius and President Obama had him to the White House?
Remember that he was offered a free education in the country of Qatar, where he immediately moved with his equally phony-baloney father and the rest of his family?
If you remember all that, you HAD to know this was coming.
A law firmrepresenting Ahmed Mohamed sent letters Monday demanding $10 million from thecity of Irving and $5 million from the Irving Independent School District. Theletters also threaten lawsuits and seek written apologies.
Ahmed took his clockto school in September, and an educator thought it could be a bomb. Ahmed wasarrested but never charged. He was also suspended from school.
Incidentally, please note that the article (on CBS\’s web site but actually from the Associated Press) says not a word about the fraudulence of ahmed mohamed\’s “clock”. The AP, as true of most media, has withheld this information from the public. Evidently the narrative of a young Muslim teenager being put upon and mistreated, because of his ancestry of course, is too good to damage with facts like he did not create the “clock” he claimed to, and he put it in a case that made it look like a bomb.
$15 million dollars? If Irving, Texas or the Irving Independent School District gives this fraud 15 cents it will be 15 cents too much.
