The Trump administration has sent two planeloads of illegal aliens – primarily tren de aragua and ms-13 gang members – to a maximum security prison outside the United States.
An Obama-appointed district court judge, who did not recuse himself despite the fact that his daughter advocates for illegals, has ruled that he should not have done so.
Republicans have expressed their outrage over this ruling and the effrontery of an unelected district court judge deciding he has veto power over the President of the United States on a federal matter.
Every poll I have read shows that a major majority of citizens support the deporting of illegal aliens in general. It stands to reason that the deporting of gang members would be at least as strong.
Yet, with just a couple of exceptions, Democrats are refusing to join Republicans in supporting these deportations. In fact, a number are overtly against such deportations.
My question: Are these Democrats out of their minds? I mean that question seriously.
