Be still my heart.
A major media venue has actually broken the almost complete media blackout of congressional hearings currently being held to investigate Planned Parenthood\’s apparent sale-for-profit of baby parts, and how those baby parts were acquired.
Except, the report was by far-leftist Jennifer Ludden of NPR (is there anyone at NPR that is not a leftist), and its purpose was to defend Planned Parenthood, nothing else.
You can read all about it in Matthew Balan\’s blog at newsbusters.org., including the part where Ludden assures her audience (who would have to be luddites to believe her) that the series of undercover videos created by the Center for Medical Progress shows no evidence of wrongdoing.
This, presumably, includes the videos of Planned Parenthood executives negotiating prices for the baby parts rather than simply telling the buyers they would be charged the cost of providing them – which is a criminal act and a felony.
It, presumably, also includes the video in which a former employee describes a baby that has been delivered, with body intact and a beating heart, which is then cut into through the face, so that the brain can be cut out, intact, and sold.
Nope, no wrongdoing there.
I still wait in vain for ABC, or CBS, or NBC, to provide any significant coverage of any kind that these videos even exist, let alone what is on them.
And, based on the complete lack of such coverage – months since the first videos were released – I still wait in vain for anyone at those three networks to credibly defined the people in their news departments as actual journalists.
