A CASE EVEN THE DEPARTMENT OF JUST-US CAN\’T MAKE

According to the New York Times:

TheJustice Department has begun work on a legal memo recommending nocivil rights charges against a white police officer in Ferguson, Mo.,who killed an unarmed black teenager in August, law enforcementofficials said.

Thatwould close the politically charged case in the shooting death of18-year-old Michael Brown. The investigation by the F.B.I., which iscomplete, found no evidence to support civil rights charges againstthe officer, Darren Wilson, the officials said.

Translation:  even after sending 40 FBI agents into Ferguson to try and nail now-former Officer Darren Wilson, they couldn\’t come up with anything.

Omigod. What will the “protesters” do about this?  Call eric holder a racist?  Chant “Hands Up, Don\’t Prosecute”?  Do a die-in at DOJ headquarters?

I guess the world just isn\’t safe for 6\’ 4″, 292 pound 18 year olds who rob convenience stores, rough up the owner when he tries to stop the robbery from taking place, get high on weed, walk down the middle of a road and, when a cop stops and tells them to get on the sidewalk, try to reach in the police car and wrestle with the cop, maybe get his gun.

But, maybe, it\’s a bit safer for everyone else.
