I am watching “Morning Joe” on MS-NOW (formerly MSNBC). The entire period from 8AM to 8:25 has been an attack on Trump and his administration for taking out boats filled with narcotics and killing the traffickers in them.
Do they really think the people of our country (other than the people who profit from the narcotics trade) are outraged that Trump administration is doing this? That it hit one of the boats a second time because it wasn’t completely destroyed?
Do they really think the country prefers that those boats continue, unimpeded, and drop their contents at the intended destination?
Do they really think the country is ok with the deaths and destruction caused by illegal narcotics? That it’s all fine and dandy as long as the traffickers are properly protected?
If so, they are either wrong or right.
If they’re wrong, we still have a serious country. If they’re right, we don’t.
It’s as simple as that.
