If you asked me who the up and coming people in the Republican Party are, I could rattle off a list for you. J. D. Vance, of course. And Byron Donalds. And Rick DeSantis. And Nikki Haley. And a bunch of others.
Now ask me who the up and coming people in the Democrat Party are. And…………………………….

In case you don’t, please note that yesterday, the Democrat Party unanimously named Chuck Schumer its incoming senate minority leader. Schumer, the current Senate Majority Leader, is 74 years old. He has been in politics for 50 years (at 25 he was in the New York State Legislature, then the house, then the senate).
And they also elected Dick Durbin as minority whip. Durban, the current majority whip, is 80 years old and has been in politics for 42 years.
There’s your Democrat “new blood”. There is the Democrat effort to move younger, more vibrant, more relevant people ahead.
