THE QUOTE OF THE DAY

Ken Berwitz

Today\’s quote comes to us from the increasingly pathetic quentin tarantino who, stung by the enormously negative reaction to his comment about cops being murderers, but still possessed of a huge ego that will not allow an apology to pass through his lips, told the Los Angeles Times that…

“Instead of dealing with the incidents ofpolice brutality that those people were bringing up, instead of examining theproblem of police brutality in this country, better they single me out.  And their message is very clear.  It\’s toshut me down. It\’s to discredit me. It is to intimidate me.  It is to shut my mouth, and even moreimportant than that, it is to send a message out to any other prominent personthat might feel the need to join that side of the argument.”

“All copsare not murderers. I never said that. I never even implied that.”

No, quentin, you never said or implied that all cops are murderers.  Just the ones you were talking about.  Your exact words:  “When I see murders, I do not stand by.  I have to call a murder a murder and I have to call the murderers the murderers.”

Don\’t worry, we get your point.  We read you loud and clear.  You stand in front of a #blacklivesmatter crowd, which specifically has called for the killing of cops, and assure them that the cops they are out to get are murderers.

It is not hard to understand where you\’re coming from….or to understand why police all over the country are telling you where to go, and what to do when you get there.

I award quentin tarantino Quote Of The Day “honors” for his excellent display of whining self-pity, coupled with doubling down on his ugly attack on the police.

What an obnoxious jerk.
