THE QUOTE OF THE DAY

Today’s quote comes to us from Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), a member of the House Oversight Committee which heard hunter biden’s former business partner and close friend, Devon Archer, testify about biden’s business activities – more exactly, influence peddling – this week.

Here is Rep. Jordan’s take on what they learned from Archer’s testimony:

“The whole idea was, I’m going to get the vice president on the phone talking with clients and people we’re doing business with.

‘Of course, they’re not going to talk about business, that wasn’t what was needed.  What was needed is, of, I can get my dad on the phone who happens to be vice president of the most important country in history, who has a lot of influence in D.C. I can get him on the phone. Hey, everyone, do you want to say hello to the vice president.

‘We knew what these calls were. We don’t need them to tell us what they talked about.  We knew how it was exactly how Mr. Archer described it. Everyone understands it. That’s the brand. That’s the access. It wasn’t an illusion of access.”

Clear, succinct and logical. Three adjectives that, apart from being exceptional from a D.C. politician on either side of the aisle, are the exact antithesis of the ridiculous contortions of “logic” Democrat hit-man Jack Smith wriggled through to indict Donald Trump for, in essence, having, and believing, his opinion about the 2020 election.

Jim Jordan wins Quote Of The Day honors for talking to us in a way that assumes we have functioning cerebrums.  How sad that so many others, especially among Biden’s people and his media lapdogs, clearly assume the opposite.
