If you happen to be running a social event this political season, I\’d suggest you do not seat Donald Trump and Megyn Kelly at the same table.
But you already knew that, didn\’t you?
Well, did you know that the same apparently goes for Ms. Kelly and Ted Cruz?
Cruz, who seems to have something of a man-crush on Trump, doesn\’t like tough questions from Kelly any more than The Donald does.
This delightful little colloquy took place between the two on yesterday\’s Megyn File show:
KELLY: “If you have a husband and wife who are illegal immigrants, and they have two children here who are American citizens, would you deport all of them? Would you deport the American citizen children?”
CRUZ: “Megyn, I get that that\’s the question you want to ask. That\’s also the question every mainstream media liberal journalist wants to ask. They focus exclusively on 12 million people.”
KELLY: “Is it an unfair question?”
CRUZ: “It is a distraction from how we actually solve the problem. You know, it\’s also the question that Barack Obama wants to focus on.”
There you have it. Megyn Kelly is a left wing tool, an Obama acolyte. Just ask Ted.
Is that laughable? Pathetic? Both? More? You decide.
Incidentally, I have no doubt at all that if/when a Democrat candidate is on Ms. Kelly\’s show that person is going to be just as displeased by her direct, tough questions – the kinds of questions serious people want answered – as Trump and Cruz are.
Good.
Maybe that\’s why her ratings are through the roof.
