Peggy Hubbard is a Black woman who grew up in Saint Louis and just made a video discussing the police, and Black-on-Black violence.
Ms. Hubbard is angry. She uses a lot of profane language. But the opinions she expresses, I have no doubt, are shared by multitudes of Black people she is courageous enough to speak for on a video….which has been viewed over 5 million times so far.
What set her off was the fact that when a young Black male, Mansur Ball-Bey, allegedly pulled a gun on police and was shot dead, and a 9 year old Black girl, Jamyla Bolden, was shot dead while doing homework on her mother\’s bed, the “protesters” were on the streets screaming about justice for….Ball-Bey, not Jamyla Bolden.
