Fire Island is beautiful. Weather perfect, unlike the mainland which looks more cloudy then sunny from where we are.
It took us two hours flight to get from Central Jersey to the ferry at Sayville, Long Island – far less time than we could possibly have anticipated, especially given that we took the Staten Island Expressway to the Belt Parkway. With our son and his friends, poolside, soon to head for the beach.
It doesn\’t get more pleasurable than this.

UPDATE: Back from the beach. Two observations”:
1. Generally speaking, gay men at The Pines are built significantly better than any kind of men just about anywhere else;
2. I expected to see nudity. And I did. But, to my surprise, it was not a male, it was a young woman, going topless.
Which was fine with me.
