My congratulations to Hillary Clinton. Not only has she provided a treasure trove of ammunition for her opposition, but has – of her own volition – done it in a way which ensures that additional ammunition will keep coming for an elongated period of time.
Excerpted from John Solomon\’s article for the Washington Times:
While media coverage has focused on a half-dozen of Hillary Rodham Clinton\’s personal emails containing sensitive intelligence, the total number of her private emails identified by an ongoing State Department review as having contained classified data has ballooned to 60, officials told The Washington Times.
That figure is current through the end of July and is likely to grow as officials wade through a total of 30,000 work-related emails that passed through her personal email server, officials said. The process is expected to take months.
Hillary Clinton lied when she said that no classified information was on that server. No one can seriously deny this anymore.
But when she handed over 30,000 emails – on paper instead of on computer, so they would have to be waded through in the most time-consuming way (ha ha ha, take that, you investigators), she apparently did not consider the fact that the number of classified emails/proofs she lied about – 60 and counting so far – would grow, probably day by day, for the “months” it will take to review them.
In short, her smartass way of making things difficult for investigators has, instead, made things dramatically worse for her.
Or, put another way, sometimes people get what they deserve.
And as we see that number grow, some media might even start to point out that – politics aside – this has made tons of classified information available to our enemies. Which means that, – again politics aside – Hillary Clinton has shown us once more that she has no business being anywhere near the seat of power in this country.
Hillary Clinton inevitable? Believe me, she\’s evitable.
And lucky for us that she is.
