Is it disloyal for a Jew to be against the Iran “deal” cooked up by Barack Obama and John Kerry – a “deal” that caves in to the world\’s foremost exporter of world terrorism, and specifically is committed to vaporizing Israel while killing Jews both there and everywhere else?
Apparently Mr. Obama and his pals think so.
Excerpted from Adam Kredo\’s article at Washington Free Beacon:
Obama administration allies lobbying in favor of a recently signed nuclear deal with Iran are smearing Jewish lawmakers and opponents of the accord with allegations of dual loyalty to Israel, rhetoric many view as anti-Semitic, according to allegations leveled by these individuals and groups.
Organizations close to the White House, including the pro-Tehran lobbying shop National Iranian American Council (NIAC), the liberal fringe group J Street, and the anti-war organization MoveOn, have come out to question the motivation of Jewish individuals who oppose the nuclear deal, which will provide Iran with billions of dollars in sanctions relief and lift longstanding restrictions on its ballistic missile program.
These allegations of dual loyalty to Israel, which many have identified as anti-Semitic, began almost immediately with the White House, which accused its critics of worrying more about Israel\’s interests than the United States\’.
The use of this rhetoric by the Obama administration and its allies is attracting concern among Jewish leaders, who worry the White House will pin the potential failure of the Iran deal on the American Jewish community.
In a July 21 interview, Obama said that shady “lobbyists” and people with “money” were working to kill the deal.
Odious stereotypes, anyone?
I have a question for Mr. Obama and his fellow disgusting attackers.
-Suppose a country publicly committed itself to vaporizing Kenya and killing all Kenyans. Suppose that country was developing the weaponry to do so. And suppose a President made a deal with that country which caved in on just about every issue, leaving it with a) the a means to do just that (the deal might slow them up, but would not stop them)…and b) once they were close to developing the weaponry, gave them a way of buggging out on the deal in just 30 days, by doing nothing more than complaining about the way it was being implemented (read Paragraph 36 of the deal, and see for yourself)?
Would you speak out against that deal, Mr. Obama?
-Now suppose the country in question publicly committed itself to vaporizing Italy and killing all Italians. Do you think Italian members of congress would speak out against that deal, Mr. Obama?
-And now suppose the country in question publicly committed itself to vaporizing Ireland and killing all Irish people. Do you think Irish members of congress would speak out against that deal, Mr. Obama?
It is one thing for the hard left hate groups to single out Jews in this sickening a way. Venues like moveon.org, dailykos.com, mondoweiss.com, crooksandliars.com – among many others – which profess to be against hatred but, as anyone can easily see by reading them for just a day or two – actually spew geysers of hatred at anyone they disagree with. This is a free country and they have a right to say whatever they want.
But for the President of the United States and his administration acolytes to do so – especially when singling out a specific religious group – crosses every line I know.
If what pathetically passes for our mainstream media were not so deep in Mr. Obama\’s pocket that they have chosen to barely cover this part of the Iran “deal” story at all, this could not happen. If they had the minimal journalistic professionalism and integrity to advise viewers/readers/listeners that this is going on, I would like to think it would cause a national outcry.
But since what pathetically passes for our mainstream media are that deep in Mr. Obama\’s pocket, it isn\’t happening.
So far.
Maybe with Chuck Schumer – a Senator who certainly knows something about generating media attention – being in the line of fire, media might pay more attention/talk more about, the “disloyal Jew” attack.
If so, the sooner the better.
