In case you’re wondering why the New York City public school system remains well below the national average, this excerpt from Richard Carranza’s article in the New York Post might be instructive:
City Department of Education brass are targeting a “white-supremacy culture” among school administrators — by disparaging ideas like “individualism,” “objectivity” and “worship of the written word,” The Post has learned.
A presentation slide obtained by The Post offers a bullet-point description of the systemic, supposedly pro-white favoritism that Schools Chancellor Richard Carranza claims must be eradicated from the DOE, and provides just one insight into his anti-bias training efforts.
The list — derived from “Dismantling Racism: A Workbook for Social Change Groups” by Kenneth Jones and Tema Okun — names more than a dozen hallmarks of “white-supremacy culture” that school administrators are expected to steer clear of.
“They include such dynamics as “paternalism,” a “sense of urgency” and “power hoarding,” according to the slide, which an insider said was part of mandatory training sponsored and funded by the department’s Office of Equity and Access and recently administered to principals, central office supervisors and superintendent teams.
Does anyone know what this is supposed to mean?
Well, if you’re not sure, these folks have created to following chart to bring you up (or is it down) to speed (click on image for a larger version):
I have a question for New York City’s Department of Education: do you see any value in, maybe, stashing the politically-correct, racist crap (yes, it is just as racist to attack Whites as any other race) and worry just a little more about making these children proficient in things like english and math? You know, the things they need to succeed in the real world, once they escape your purview?
Unless, of course, you think that pumping out students who can’t read, write or do math, but can cite chapter and verse of what’s wrong with White people is their ticket to success.
I’ll say it again, as I have countless times in here. You cannot solve racism by creating more of it. Nor can you improve public schools by substituting racially charged agendas for teaching the basics that students need to become productive citizens.
And this is just as true for other major cities in this country – some of which are so bad they make New York City look like Harvard by comparison. Read the ratings and see for yourself.
In public education, the United States used to be the envy of the world. Look at us now.

Well Sir here we go again. How long before George Washington to Abraham Lincoln will be declared ‘white supremacists’? When are these brainwashed anti-Americans going to read and write actual history? After the U.S. Constitution and Government was established white men worked with all men for a nation united with enduring standards. Perfect, no. However the best thing since Israel rejected Theocracy according to 1 Samuel chapter 8. Have we not learned anything in the past 3000 years???
Ernie Poani, I always look forward to your comments. Thanks for the input.
Its memorial Day weekend. Mays we always remember those who keep our Nation safe and secure. And thank you Miss Free for speaking up for the USA.
Agree 100% I make that point every Memorial Day, and will do so tomorrow. But, unless he has recently transgendered, you might want to reconsider your “Miss Free” description.
Thank you Sir, I figured wrong. Thank you again Mr. Free. He certainly would not be that confused.
