Have you noticed that, for quite some time now, we have seen very little of Vice President Joe Biden?

Here is what Mr. Biden said, today, while addressing the United States – Africa Leaders Summit:
“There\’sno reason the nation of Africa cannot and should not join the ranksof the world’\’ most prosperous nations in the near term, in thedecades ahead,” the vice president said on Tuesday in Washington,D.C. “There is simply no reason.”
Hooboy.
Actually, Joe, there is a reason: namely, that Africa is not a nation. It\’s a continent.
