THE QUOTE OF THE DAY

Today\’s quote comes to us from Ronan Farrow, Mia\’s left-wing little guy, who has something of a ratings-free afternoon show on (where else?) MSNBC.

While engaged in his daily attempt to make sure what few viewers he has (on any given day he is lucky to get 50,000 in the key 35-54 age demographic), “know” what a bunch of losers Republicans are on the immigration issue, Farrow put up the latest poll numbers, and told them:

“There\’sa new poll out from ABC News and Washington Post saying that amajority of Americans agree with the president pushing on Congress onthis. Should those numbers send a strong signal to Republicancongressmen at this point, maybe it\’s time to change tracks?”

A very fair question, assuming Farrow was correct about the poll numbers – which, of course he was, because all it took was for him to look at a self-explanatory table.

Uh…..here\’s the self-explanatory table:

That\’s right.  You got it.  The data are exactly opposite of what Farrow said.

And, incredibly, he then conducted an entire segment based on the “fact” that a majority of the country – a strong one at that – approves, rather than disapproves, of the way President Obama is handling immigration policy.

I award Ronan Farrow Quote Of The Day honors for being so completely partisan, so completely obeisant to his Democrat/leftist masters, so reverent towards his lord and savior Barack Obama, that his admittedly excellent mind refused to comprehend and process what his eyes were telling him.

You don\’t find hardline loyalty like that every day.  On the other hand, luckily (sort of) for Ronan Farrow, who saw it?

I\’m betting even Mamma Mia would rather tune into a rerun on the Soap Opera Channel.
