Two charts on media bias for you.
Here they are, both compiled by Harvard’s Kennedy School’s Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics and Public Policy.
The first shows the tone of news coverage over President Trump’s first 100 days in office, by major network and cable news venues:
The second shows the tone by individual issue – Fox News Channel, versus other venues:
But..but…that can’t be. To read those data, you’d actually have to conclude that the network closest to being evenhanded…both from a positive and negative standpoint…is Fox News Channel.
How is it possible. Aren’t we talking about “Faux News”? Aren’t those other guys the neutral ones?
Remember again: these data were not compiled by some far-out right wing site. These are straight from Harvard University…which no one will ever confuse with a Trump loving institution.
There’s a lesson to be learned here, for anyone wants to learn it.
