Let’s start with the answer: Maybe yes, maybe no, maybe no now but with enough progress made so that it will be a yes shortly afterwards. In other words, who knows?
According to President Trump, the prospects are 50-50 (though, if you read the article, it doesn’t look that way).
But if it happens, whether on this trip or afterwards with this trip as a steppingstone to the final deal, the benefits will be enormous.
Let’s hope this isn’t another example of Donald Trump’s famous blustering/self-promotion.
